That’s why this article been put together on some of the top and best ways of saving money.

Top 10 Best Ways of Saving Money.

Best Ways of Saving Money

10. No List No Shopping

It doesn’t matter if you go to shop for groceries or cloths; it is a good idea that you do not leave your house without having written down exactly what you want to purchase. This way you can avoid becoming an impulse buyer. People in general struggle with controlling the temptation to buy more than they need and many times window shopping can cost you hundreds of dollars before you know it. So if you want to save money do not forget your shopping list.

9. Eat More Home Cooking

Buying the ingredients and putting your favorite pizza or pasta together is far cheaper than going out to eat. This is even more so if you are part of a family with kids. Cooking at home to save money may not be as easy for parents who both work out side the home and are constrained by time. In such cases quick meals can be cooked and prepared for 2 or 3 days at once and stored in the freezer. If cooking at home is difficult for your or you are used to eating out, try cutting it down week by week. You can start by cooking once or twice at home and build your way up.

8. Debt Consolidation – One of the Best Ways to Save Money

It is not a good idea to fall under huge debts, however, the reality is that many people struggle with more than a few loans on top their hefty mortgage. Therefore, it is in many cases a good idea to combine all your loads into one single package under the cheapest interest rate you can find. If you have high credit card debts, which you pay a lot of interest on, you should talk to your financial advisor to find out if you can pay it off with a line of credit or simply using your mortgage liquidity balance. Remember that the more money you pay in interest, the more money you literally throw away.

7. Generic Products Will Save You Money

Should it really matter if your socks have the Adidas logo on them or not? If you want to save money and be serious about following the best ways to save money then you should forget about little things that will not make a difference in your life. Find good no-name and generic products that are proven to be of good quality and don’t get fooled by name brands. Remember that in some cases a name brand is proven signature of quality, functionality and durability of a product and its effectively, but in a lot of cases it really doesn’t make a that much of a difference to be worth the extra dollars.

6. Cut Expense with Cable and Phone

Ok here is the thing most people can get away with not having cable just fine and man people do not even watch enough TV to justify the cable costs. Today a lot of the programs, shows and news, which you need can be found the internet that there are devices like RokuXDS that can stream it right on your TV. Next on the list of things that you can probably do without is your home phone. Chances are you have a cell phone and use more than your home phone. See if you can cancel your home phone and save the extra $20 or $30 a month.

5. Saving Money with Different Credit Cards

Choosing the right credit card can make a different between hundreds if not a few thousands of dollars every year. Howe, well first of one of the best ways to save money with credit card is to choose one with minimum annual fee and one that gives you the most rewards. But you have adjusts the rewards to your needs, if you on yearly vacations and want to maintain it, you should get a credit card with highest traveling points. If you don’t care about traveling points you can get one that will give you a percentage cash back at the end of the year.

4. Shop in Bulk – Best Ways of Saving Money

It is in many cases cheaper to shop in bulk amounts than to buy on an as-you-need basis. Consider a small gum pack, it may cost around $1.20 but if you buy a pack of 4 it might just cost you no more than $4. This doesn’t mean that you go crazy on everything you need, watch out for expiry dates on groceries and can food and this method of saving money can work well for non-perishable goods if you are sure of their use.

3. Filter Tap Water Instead of Bottled Water

Millions of people spend hundreds of dollars on bottled water on a monthly basis, while creating millions tons of dangerous and indecomposable plastic wastes. Bottled water is one of the least healthy of water types to drink and can be toxic to your body. You can drink tap water from but at times even tap water can contain unhealthy ingredients like Fluoride. However, in many cities

2. Bike or Carpool or Carpool Instead of Driving

Many will argue that it is not practical for them to ride their bike to work but a lot of people can at least carpool with a family member, a friend or a co-worker. In the face of rising gas prices and environmental pollution, it is perhaps a good idea to make the extra effort to find that extra someone to share a car with. If it is possible for you take your bike for small errands that are close by. Not only is riding a bike good for your pocket and helps you save money, it is also good for your health and is considered a great exercise.

1. Reward Yourself with Money Saved

This is a very tip to cap off our top 10 ways of saving money list. Every time you follow any of the steps above, just put the money or half of it into a saving jar or a savings bank account. Let’s say you were shopping for a pair of pants that you need but you came very close to getting the share that you really did not need. Your strong will and remembering that you need to save allows you to pass by buying this shirt on an impulse. Now is the time to reward yourself. If the shirt costs $30 put that or at least half of in a piggy bank or a savings account. Not only have you not spend the money on something you did not need but you ended up saving just as much. Good job! This is exactly one of the best ways of saving money.

10 Ways to Detoxify

Below we have listed some of the recommendations that healthcare professional have put forth when it comes to detoxification methods, which can lead to a better and a healthier lifestyle.

1. Clean Your Indoor Air Quality – Detoxify the Air You Breathe

We breathe air on second to second basis and should this repetitive intake for Oxygen also contains unhealthy particles; we put our bodies in the direct line of continuous hazard. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has estimated that people spend nearly 90% of their time indoors, while indoor air quality can be up to five times more polluted than the outdoor. The best solution to improving the air in your home is to keep causes of air pollution out of your home. These include chemicals, cigarette smoke, excess moisture, mould and allergens. To help improve the air quality in your home it is suggested to use fine filtering Air Purifiers.

2. Eat Organic – Ways to Detoxify Your Food

Nowadays, most of the food that we put in our system have some sort of chemical and unnatural ingredient imbedded within them. Most fruits are genetically engineered (GMO) and have been grown with strong doses of pesticides. To show the importance of the quality of the food you ingest, just imagine your body as a perfect engine and consider food as fuel you need to run this engine. If the fuel you use is contaminated soon enough the engine and other parts of the body will clog up, break and suffer. Organic food, although more expensive, are one of the best ways to detoxify and also act to cleanse your body. Include a wire range of organic foods and fruits in your diet, the more the better.

3. Choose Natural Personal Care Products

Using artificial personal care products has now overloaded our lifestyle. Use of PABA or Parabens contained in artificial natural personal care products is now thought to be the main cause of many critical ailments. Products like shampoos, deodorants and toothpaste have high concentration artificial and dangerous chemicals. Switching to natural personal care products is one of the proven ways to detoxify your body and lifestyle. Individuals who use natural health care products make a great investment in their overall health and significantly help improve the environment around them. Some of the natural care products can be found in soap and bath, hair care, oral care, skin care, deodorants, hand Sanitizer, sun care, children’s care, lip care, fragrance free.

4. Avoid Plastics with Bisphenol A – Detoxify Your Containers

Unfortunately certain types of plastics identified as polycarbonates leak low levels of BPA into our foods and drinks. BPA is generally found in polycarbonate plastic food containers often marked on the bottom with the letters “PC” and is often has recycling label # 7. To Polycarbonate plastics are rigid and transparent martial used in cups, baby bottles, food storage, and water bottles. Avoid plastics with mark # 7, especially when comes to use for children and infants. Use BPA free baby bottles, glass, and ceramic or stainless steel containers. In make an effort to detoxify your body is avoid using plastic containers all together especially when it comes to heating food in microwaves.

5. Choose Chemical-Free Lawn Care – Ways to Detoxify

We are directly affected by the natural world around us, because our environment is at the center and the heart of all we do. Unfortunately, EPA allows nearly 200 different pesticides to be used in lawn care, when these chemical pesticides can easily mix together create a toxic environment. Many homes still use chemical law care pesticides, which have been found associated with multiple birth defects and cancer in laboratory animals. Use of organic methods natural care for your lawn is not only one of the safe and great ways to detoxify but is also beneficial for the environment. It helps to protect your family and neighbors from health hazards and natural lawn care programs, if done right, are effective and help to supplement the environment..

In early 2006 the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) asked some American companies, including DuPont, maker of Teflon-brand non-stick cookware, to work towards the elimination of PFOA. Not only this material has been shown to cause cancer, it also lowers weights and weakens immune system. Families should make more effort in ridding their kitchen from non-stick pots and pans and use more stainless steel cookingware as a great way to detoxify their household.

Unfortunately many of our the things we daily use contain high levels of these chemical. Materials used in nursing pillows, car seats, some baby strollers, paints are only some of these items. A smart way to detoxify is to understand and know these dangerous chemicals and try using organic and natural products as much as possible.

Everyone wants to work for a successful company and every successful employee is avid in delivering a job performance that is the essential to a company’s success. Whether you work for a small business or a large corporation, as a successful piece of a working engine, you in return would like to be recognized and compensated through your merit increase. A merit raise is the direct result of delivering a well-balanced and efficient job and by reaching and possibility exceeding your goals. A win-win situation is, however, direct result of a successful job performance review that leaves both you and your boss satisfied.

How to Prepare for Job Performance Review:

1. Start with your last year’s review

Most employees prepare their review documents (i.e. personal management progress) in a yearly fashion. This may be a long time to remember the details of the documentation process. Start with what you had prepared for the previous year. Take a good look through it and write down how you have improved on the areas that was previously emphasized on.

2. Prepare supporting documentation for your performance review

I personally take out all reports, supporting research or even my emails and file them according to each of the improvement plans agreed upon previously. Doing this not only gives you confidence in what you have done but also helps you prepare the details if asked for. If someone, who is in a higher rank than your position, complements you about your work, ask him or her for a letter stating their particular point of satisfaction with your job. You can then add it to your review file.

Organize your notes and have them with you at job review. Avoid walking in with a stack of detailed papers. Pick the top five supporting documents and have reference for the rest of the good work you have done throughout the year.

3. Keep next year’s job performance review in mind

In some companies this is called Development Objectives or Action Plans. When you go over your work for your Development Objectives, with your manager or boss, spend roughly 10 % of your time discussing your future plans and how you want to build on your work. This includes how you would contribute to your team as well as what tools you require to adequately perform your job. You may need new training, a new software or additional office space to work in.

Remember that you have to justify your needs according to the work you are assigned to; be sensible and rational.

4. Avoid direct argument with your job appraiser

You should definitely avoid a direct disagreement, especially when it comes to the way you may want to discuss the negatives of your performance appraisal. Whether you agree with your executive’s perceptions or not try to respond with a statement like “I understand how you might have viewed it this way.

Next time, I will handle or improve on it by doing such and such.” Or “I want to do whatever I can to strengthen our working relationship. I consider us a team.” A constructive approach to your performance job review shows that you are willing to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and shows that you are a person who is constantly challenging himself or herself.

5. Know your bosses approach and style when it comes to Job Performance Reviews

Pay attention! Its not about how you want to do your merit review, it’s all about how your boss likes it done. Remember that he or she does the personal performance review of more than just one person (you!), so he has a plan and an approach that he likes to follow.

This is kind of like your first interview. Remember that fine line between asking too many questions, making too many comments and staying quiet until you are asked! Well neither of them is good. But at your personal review secession, with your supervisor, you have more room to be friendly but know your bosses approach and do not cross the lines.

Keep it professional but do not shy away from comments

6. Go over the general topics of your job review with a coworker

It’s always good to ask about your collogues yearly review but keep it general. Most people do not like answering details.

Begin collecting supporting information immediately after your last review.

Remember that preparing for your job performance review is not a one-day thing, it takes the whole year to be conscious of this review. Collect supporting documents and save it in a place easily remembered.

Here are more points to keep in mind while doing your job performance review

7. Focus on ways that you have gone above and beyond your job definition

Keep putting the attention on your strength. Repeat your strengths and parts of your job, which have really affected the organization in a positive way.

8. Show how you have saved the company money or provided a unique contribution

Most companies have a “cost saving” or “productivity” chart, which over the fiscal year, employees can mark the amount of money they have saved or the revenue they have contributed in. This is a good source to add up all your coins you have helped you company save. If this does not exist in your organization, then ensure to keep a summary of the savings you have managed for your work.

9. Tell your boss how you’re planning to improve on tasks and the way you approach your job

Supervisors and managers always and always like to see improvement, or looking to improve from their employees. If you are active in addressing your plans on how you are looking to improved on your tasks, then you are actually helping to secure you boss’s satisfaction.

10. Discuss your future professional goals on how you want to advance through positions

Remember to listen to your boss’s comments without interrupting and hold your questions until he is finished.
